The series includes Cat.5e and Cat.6 Patch Panels and Keystone Jacks. It comes to complement the 2nd series cables to cater for all the needs of small projects.
NIKOMAX R&D team aimed to make the components more affordable but still of a good quality. Therefore, there is nothing but only essential “ingredients” inside. The series differs from the standard line-up with construction (all the components are unshielded), it provides no System Warranty but still meets and exceeds standard's requirements, providing necessary performance for the network.
The 1U Patch Panel is applied for installation in a 19" cabinet or rack and counts 24 ports. Its backside is equipped with 110 type IDC contacts with T568A and T568B wiring schemes. The contacts' design also allows to use Krone type Punch Down tool for cable termination.
The Essential Keystone Jack has smaller size rather than a standard one. Due to its slim profile and a 180° positioning of IDC contacts the KJ allows to save some free space and fits well to use for hard-to-reach places. The Keystone Jacks are performed in a unified design and compatible with all NIKOMAX components.
